JOTKEL metal racks, due to their very good structural parameters, are ideal for use in a warehouse, workshop, factory floor, stores etc. Due to their high aesthetic value, they are also willingly used in the garage, pantry and utility rooms.

• We produce racks in two versions: made of galvanised sheet steel or powder coated,
• the robust steel construction of the racks guarantees high strength,
• the legs of the rack are made of a 2.0 mm thick steel angle section, with perforation to allow for adjustment of the shelf mount every 44 mm,
• the legs are equipped with plastic feet to protect the floor from damage,
• the shelves are made of 1.0 mm thick sheet steel,
• standard set includes 4 shelves, additional shelves can be installed,
• please note that the sum of the loads on all shelves must not exceed the maximum permitted load of the rack,
• the rack can be connected into strings using screws screwed into the holes used to attach the shelves.

Plug-in matal rack are designed for storing data types of items in a warehouse, workshop, production hall, shop, etc. The version with motherboard shelves can be stored as office shelves for storing e.g. binders. The shelf allows for simple and quick assembly without the possibility of connection. Hook-on shelves are secure in the way they open in the shelving design.

• The solid steel construction of the racks guarantees high durability, and powder coating ensures an aesthetic appearance,
• the legs of the rack are made of multiple bent sheet steel - a 1.0 mm thick angle bracket with perforation enabling adjustment of shelf mounts every 67 mm,
• equipped with plastic feet to protect the floor from damage,
• rack are also available with 18 mm thick laminated chipboard filling5 shelves included as standard, additional shelves can be installed (max. 10 pcs.),
• shelves of 16 mm chipboard, chipboard rests on shelf connectors made of bent sheet steel (c-section),
• the set includes 5 shelves as standard, it is possible to install additional shelves (maximum 10 pcs.),
• please note that the sum of the loads on all shelves must not exceed the maximum permitted load capacity of the rack,
• for rack with a depth of 400 mm, it is recommended to fix the shelves to the walls or to join them in rows,
• rack can be connected into rows and attached to the floor (this is made easier by special mounting elements).

Metal rack for heavy loads. The reinforced structure and shelves made of multi-layer plywood ensure high resistance to loads. The maximum load capacity of a shelf is 2000 kg, and a single shelf is up to 500 kg. We recommend racks with a reinforced structure for warehouses and production halls - wherever heavy elements are stored. The durability and safety of use of the shelf are confirmed by a certificate.

• The legs of the rack are made of a closed steel profile, adapted to be anchored to the floor,
• the construction is reinforced with additional cross-bars that fasten the rack legs,
• the rack connectors are screwed to the rack legs,
• the shelves are made of 30 mm thick plywood,
• standard set includes 4 shelves, additional shelves can be installed (maximum 6 pieces),
• shelf mount height adjustment every 125 mm,
• please note that the sum of the loads on all shelves must not exceed the maximum permitted load of the rack,
• the racks can be connected in any length of string with special connectors and screws. This does not apply to racks with a maximum number of shelves. 10 pcs.
