Workbenches HSS08 - example configurations

Workbenches HSS07 i HSS08 eries specially designed for working with heavy loads. Recommended for use on any kind of workstation – workshop, mechanical, tooling, repair, assembly, inspection and metalworking.

Steel construction made of high quality sections profiled according to our unique solutions based on years of experience.
Properly profiled legs with the width of 85 mm and cabinets construction ensure aesthetics and increase structural durability.
Possibility to configure the workbench according to the individual needs of the user: two types of cabinets and a suspended drawer.
Cabinets equipped with feet for levelling and bolting the workbench to the floor.
Each locker with drawers provided with one small item holder and plastic organiser free of charge. Drawer divider sets are also available for an extra charge.
Drawers locked as standard with a central lock, locking all at once.
Optional central locking system for opening a single drawer – another drawer can only be pulled out after the previous one has been closed.
The system ensures safety in use, preventing the centre of gravity from shifting and tipping the entire workbench (option at extra charge).
An additional advantage is the ability to mount a rear panel to the workbenches (with perforated boards, tool locker, lighting module), which can serve as a tool wall to hang the equipment currently used, as a board for exchanging information, hanging documents, drawings, inspection reports and other information necessary in the workplace.
For tables in the basic version (without cabinets) or with one cabinet, we recommend the mobile workshop container, cat. no. 22450. It is a small workshop trolley that can be driven under the top of the HSS07 and HSS08 workbench. When pulled out from under the table, it can be used as an additional worktop. The mobile tool cabinet can also be used as an independent tool trolley. The upper surface of the mobile workshop container is lined with an ABS plastic mat, which makes it a comfortable and safe countertop for repair work or as a place for temporary storage of tools.
A smaller version of the HSS07 workbenches are cabinets with a 45 mm plywood top. They can be used not only to store tools, but also as a countertop for repair work where there is no space for a full-size workbench. We offer two versions of the cabinets: with a compartment with a door, cat. no. 22420, or with four drawers, cat. no. 22421.

Parameters:

steel structure, protected against corrosion, powder coated,
45 mm worktop of multi-ply hardwood plywood,
maximum permissible workbench load up to 1000 kg,
optional worktop covers: oil-resistant patterned, riffled rubber, oil-resistant smooth rubber, PVC lining, galvanised or stainless sheet steel (other customer wishes are taken into account in this respect),
drawer slots made of galvanised sheet steel, which increases their resistance to scratches (at an extra charge, the bottoms of the drawers can be lined with a rubber damping mat, which prevents the tools from moving),
optionally, for an extra charge a drawer locking system can be installed allowing only one drawer to be opened at a time – others are automatically locked,
roller drawer runners with a load capacity up to 70 kg,
bolting to the floor required.

Two types of locking to choose from:

Drawer handles

(1) standard central locking system for all drawers,
(2) Optional central locking system for opening a single drawer – another drawer can only be pulled out after the previous one has been closed. The system ensures safety in use, preventing the centre of gravity from shifting and tipping the entire workbench (option at extra charge).
