HWW04 workshop trolleys (1430 x 1000 x 700)

Workshop trolleys from the HWW04 line are a durable, precisely made mobile workplace. They are most often used in the workshop, production hall, assembly, locksmith, renovation and inspection workstations. They are equipped with a thick worktop. They can successfully function as a mobile workbench. HWW04 workshop trolleys can be easily selected to suit the needs of a given workstation. The offer includes many models with cabinets equipped with drawers or compartments with a shelf. Additionally, open shelves can be installed in trolleys without cabinets or with one cabinet. The functionality of the trolley is increased by the possibility of covering the top and open shelves with rubber, PVC lining or sheet metal.

Product description

Trolleys available in multiple versions:
- basic without additional components,
- with lockers Trolleys in the basic version or with one locker can be equipped with useful shelves.
Each drawer cabinet has one small item holder and plastic organiser for free. Drawer divider sets are also available for an extra charge.
Drawer locking:
- standard - central lock - locking all at once,
- optional - central locking system for opening a single drawer; another drawer can only be pulled out after the previous one has been closed.
The system ensures safety in use, preventing the centre of gravity from shifting and tipping the entire trolley (option at extra charge).

Parameters:

steel structure, protected against corrosion, powder coated,
30 mm worktop of multi-ply hardwood plywood,
maximum permissible load for trolleys up to 400 kg,
optional worktop covers: oil-resistant patterned, riffled rubber, oil-resistant smooth rubber, PVC lining, galvanised or stainless sheet steel,
drawers mounted on ball bearing runners, extension (90%),
maximum drawer load: 70 kg,
drawer slots made of galvanised sheet steel, which increases their resistance to scratches ,
optional drawer accessories: rubber damping mats, drawer divider sets.
shelves made of steel sections and 15 mm hardwood plywood, painted or covered with oil-resistant patterned, riffled rubber, oil-resistant smooth rubber, PVC lining, galvanised sheet,
casters: Ø125 mm: 2 fixed, 1 swivel, 1 swivel with brake, solid tyres, oil, grease and petrol resistant rubber tyres; non-marking.

Two types of locking to choose from:

Silver strips

(1) Standard central locking system for all drawers.
(2) Optional central locking system for opening a single drawer – another drawer can only be pulled out after the previous one has been closed. The system ensures safety in use, preventing the centre of gravity from shifting and tipping the entire workbench (option at extra charge).
