H-SYSTEM workshop trolleys

HWW05 workshop trolleys are mobile workspaces in the workshop, on factory floor, inspection station.

Trolley made of sheet steel

• body:made of 0.8 and 1.5 mm sheet steel, with additional ribs on the sides,to stabilize the structure; powder coated,
• drawers:0.8 mm thick sheet stee, drawer slots made of galvanised sheet steel,
• casters: Ø125 mm: 2 fixed, 1 swivel, 1 swivel with brake, solid tyres, oil, grease and petrol resistant rubber tyres; non-marking,
• perforation on the sides of the trolley for attaching accessories (tool hooks, folding shelf, raised edge shelf, document pocket, paper towel holder, etc.).

Overall dimensions:

• width 720 mm (with 770 mm handle),
• height 800 mm (with casters and 960 mm ABS cover),
• depth 500 mm.

Load capacity::

• total static load of the trolley: 300 kg,
• maximum static load on the worktop: 100 kg.

Drawers::

• fixed on ball bearing runners, full extension (100%),
• central drawer locking system allows only one drawer to be opened at a time – others are automatically locked,
• maximum drawer load: 40 kg,
• drawer slots made of galvanised sheet steel,
• optional drawer accessories: rubber damping mats, drawer divider sets.

Top surface of the trolley

• with a profiled ABS cover, it is a useful worktop with edges that prevent small parts from falling,
• as an option, the trolley can be equipped with a 21 mm thick painted plywood worktop,
• maximum static load on the worktop: 100 kg.
