Equipment

ATC
- automatic tool changing version of TCS - allows automatic change of the upper tool, which allows for maintenance-free operation for a long period of time. This function also allows automatic retooling during the bending cycle.
ASP 2
- 2 additional short bending blades (2 independently programmable axes) - allows for easy installation of special tools required for a special production process. So-called 'short bending blades' can be useful for bending workpieces that require partial bending, not necessarily in the same bending line, With this option, both negative (bottom) and positive (up) bending can be performed. ASP can be automatically activated or deactivated during the bending cycle. Positioning is performed by programmable axes.
CLL for ATC
- reverse bending sequence - in a standard bending cycle, the short sides of the workpiece are bent first and the long sides are bent next. CLL offers the possibility of reversing this sequence and starting the bending from a longer side. The CLL works by creating two separations in the top tool. These gaps may be symmetrical or asymmetrical depending on the needs and complexity of the element.
CNC IEU
- integrated engraving unit - a tool in the form of a forming roll. It is used to make a groove (notch) in the sheet to facilitate subsequent bending operations along the notched line. The IEU becomes very useful when bending closed sections AUT - the additional AUT top tool changes the top tool by lowering an additional special tool below the standard top tool segments. AUT becomes necessary when the negative bending line to be reached is covered by the previously bent profile. This option is also useful for components requiring large bending radii or for closed sections.
